The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is responsible for maintaining the official records of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The Clerk has established an online database of Board documents from 1978 to today. | |

Documents that are searchable include Board agenda indexes, Minute Orders, Statements of Proceedings, Board Letters (a report to the Board from staff or another elected official seeking Board direction), and supporting documents. Please note, not all supporting documents are available online. If a document is not viewable online, it is available in Microfilm format and can be viewed and printed at the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, Room 402.
